We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Community Occupational Therapy Team within Porth Ceredigion. About the Role
As a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, you will autonomously manage a varied and often complex caseload across the community. You will use your specialist knowledge to assess needs, recommend assistive equipment and housing adaptations, and deliver evidence-based interventions that empower individuals to live as independently as possible. Working closely with colleagues across health, social care, housing, and partner organisations, you will play a key role in delivering integrated, preventative, and strengths-based support.
