About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Business Partner to support the delivery of training programs within our production environment. You will act as the key point of contact for learning initiatives, ensuring that training plans are deployed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer-facing experience who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and making a real impact on workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and monitor learning plans across the production area.
- Engage with business teams to gather learning needs and priorities, understanding operational constraints.
- Act as the focal point for learning-related queries and connect stakeholders with appropriate resources.
- Collaborate with training administration providers to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Support learning projects locally and across sites, providing insights, analysis, and solutions to challenges.
- Track training budgets and provide regular updates to leadership.
