Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking a Visitor Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality visitor experience across three museum sites in Bloomsbury, London. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage front-of-house operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and act as Duty Manager during public opening hours.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience managing visitor-facing teams
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • A strong focus on customer service

This is a full-time position with a salary of £23.11 PAYE / £31.55 LTD per hour.
