A leading public sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Surveyor to join its Housing Adaptations team, delivering high-quality Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) projects that help residents maintain independence and remain safely in their own homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surveyor with experience in housing adaptations, construction projects, CDM regulations, and project management to take ownership of a varied portfolio of schemes.
The Role
As a Senior Technical Surveyor, you will manage projects from inception through to completion, acting as Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and ensuring that all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for:
- Assessing and delivering Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) funded adaptations.
- Surveying properties and developing practical solutions to meet residents' needs.
