The Local Authority's Corporate Landlord Service is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of land and buildings that support the delivery of vital public services. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to join our Asset Strategy Team as a Property Partner. This senior role offers the chance to influence how our operational estate is managed, ensuring assets are used effectively, efficiently and strategically to meet the needs of the organisation and the communities we serve.

About the Role
As one of our Property Partners, you will act as the strategic link between the Property Service and the operational services that occupy our buildings. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop Service Asset Management Plans, understand changing service requirements and implement property solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs and support future service delivery. You will provide expert advice across all areas.
