We’re supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing significant HR and Finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join an established programme team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace within an existing change framework. The successful candidate will support delivery across a range of change activities, helping stakeholders adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. This is not a strategic transformation leadership role — we’re looking for a practical, delivery-focused Change Manager who can quickly pick up defined workstreams and produce high-quality outputs with minimal direction.
Key responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining core change artefacts
- Supporting stakeholder engagement activities
- Developing communications and training materials
- Supporting workshops, briefings and rollout activity
- Gathering inputs from programme stakeholders
- Tracking delivery activity and maintaining momentum across assigned workstreams
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven Change Management experience within complex programmes
- Experience supporting organisational, process or system change
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver at pace
- Experience working within established change frameworks and plans
