Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a busy Tenancy Management Team in Bristol.
You will manage a designated housing patch, overseeing tenancies from start to finish and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.
The role handles tenancy breaches, ASB and complex housing matters, working with tenants, partner agencies and colleagues to resolve issues and improve local communities.
A CIH qualification is desirable but not essential.
