Our public sector client is looking for an experienced HR Consultant Job Evaluation to join their Workforce and Change team. This is an excellent opportunity to support fair and consistent job evaluation, organisational design and pay and grading initiatives within a collaborative HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on job evaluation, grading and organisational design.
- Lead and support job evaluation exercises using recognised methodologies.
- Review and evaluate job descriptions and person specifications.
- Advise managers on restructures, role redesign and organisational change.
- Ensure job evaluation processes are fair, consistent and compliant with policy.
- Build effective relationships with managers, HR colleagues and trade unions.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion throughout all job evaluation activities.
About You
- Chartered CIPD member or equivalent HR experience with a commitment to achieving Chartered Membership.
- Experience of job evaluation within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation principles and pay and grading frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
