Our public sector client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) who will provide expert HR advice, support policy development and help embed equality, diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review HR policies to ensure they are fair, inclusive and compliant with employment legislation.
- Provide expert advice on complex HR casework, including conduct, performance and attendance matters.
- Support organisational projects that promote positive workforce culture and inclusive working practices.
- Provide workforce insights and contribute to Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs).
- Build strong relationships with managers, HR teams and colleague networks to promote fair and consistent people practices.
- Analyse workforce data and feedback to identify EDI trends, risks and opportunities.
