This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled building services professional to provide technical expertise, design support, compliance advice and project leadership across a diverse property portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, cost-effective and low-carbon electrical solutions, supporting the improvement and modernisation of building services systems.
About the role
- Provide electrical engineering advice, design support and technical guidance across the managed estate.
- Deliver electrical designs, feasibility studies, specifications, surveys and technical reports.
- Support projects from concept and design stages through to completion.
- Manage and oversee contractors, consultants and external partners.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks and contract administration duties where required.
- Ensure electrical systems meet statutory requirements, industry standards and best practice.
- Support energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives, including sustainable electrical solutions.
