We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Civils / Skilled Operatives in the Hillingdon area.
In this position, you will work closely with our capital teams to uphold the highest standards of street lighting, signage, and associated electrical works.
Essential criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Civil/Skilled Operative.
- Qualifications: COP2 certification, proficient in operating machines up to 5T.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles, trenching, ducting, reinstatement works focusing on locating Low Voltage cables.
- Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to safety protocols and fostering a secure work environment.
- Driving License: A full clean UK Driving license is required for this role.

- Excavations Expertise: Skilfully dig trenches using specialised equipment, with a primary focus on locating Low Voltage cables.
- Ground Assessment: Evaluate soil conditions to tailor excavation methods accordingly.
- Restoration and Stability: Ensure thorough reinstatement of excavated areas, ensuring stability and longevity.
