Pay: Β£20.66 per hour PAYE / LTD Hybrid: 2β3 days per week in the office DBS: Standard DBS required We are seeking an experienced Welfare Support Manager to support the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF).
This is a fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running.
A key priority will be coordinating the collection, validation and analysis of Management Information for the April to September 2026 reporting period, with reporting required for submission to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and analyse Management Information from internal services and external providers.
- Produce accurate performance and outcome reports for the DWP and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems and complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor programme performance, outcomes and expenditure.
- Produce evaluation reports and performance information.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate information from multiple organisations.
- Maintain project documentation, audit trails and performance records.
About You You will have experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, performance reporting, or programme/project management.
You will also have
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience analysing and presenting complex data.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
Experience within local government, the public sector or grant-funded programmes would be advantageous.
