Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Aldershot or Weybridge | £40,000 - £47,000 Our Client is a CQC-registered provider of high-quality domiciliary and live-in care across Hampshire and Surrey.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our operational team and drive the delivery of safe, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, driven care professional to take ownership of a growing service, working closely with our directors to shape the future of the business.

The Role As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

Key duties include

  • Leading and managing the operational team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Conducting client assessments and developing tailored care plans
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and health & safety standards
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control to ensure service sustainability
  • Recruiting, training, supervising and developing care staff
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and commissioners
  • Investigating complaints and incidents and driving continuous improvement
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth across Hampshire and Surrey About You
  • 3,000+ hours' hands-on experience in domiciliary care
  • Proven experience managing a care service, including staff management, risk assessment and care planning
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in a care setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using care management software and electronic record-keeping systems
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, Train-the-Trainer certification, and experience in care sector business development are all desirable.
