We are looking for a Dutch and German-speaking Account Manager who has a passion for customer relations to support our European customers. If you have excellent account management skills along with experience of managing customers and their expectations, to deliver exceptional service, then we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate will be fluent in verbal and written Dutch, German and English Language with a strong focus on building relationships through regular account reviews.
The European Dutch and German Account Manager will make an essential contribution to the selling of our comprehensive solutions packages. They will be developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers and engage closely with clients to grow expansion opportunities and proactively manage contract renewals and tenders, to mitigate any attrition risks to their portfolio. The Account Manager function is diverse, and it is important that you can multitask, excel in a pressurised target driven environment, and quickly adapt to change as required.

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our products, services and competitors to meet customer requirements.
- Conducting regular review meetings with customers via Face to Face/Webinar/Telephone as required.
- Managing your pipeline growth and rigorous management of expansion opportunities, renewals, and tenders.
- Lead the response to bids & tenders.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between portfolio clients and company.
- Resolving client issues, complaints, understand and mitigate all customer “pain points”.
- Establishing and work to the customer’s BANT (budgets, authority, needs and timeline).
- Working with the internal head of departments to ensure the highest quality of products and service is produced to meet the client’s needs.
- Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management reports.
- Expanding contacts, relationships to grow and expand your portfolio.
- Ensuring our CRM system is fully updated in a timely manner with all tasks and documentation.
- Clear & accurate tracking of Account decision-makers, influencers in CRM system.
- Exceeding quota targets on a consistent basis.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch, German and English (verbal and written).
- Previous Client or Account Management experience would be beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be capable of self-motivation.
- Calm and rational when facing a technically complex and fast-changing environment.
- Adaptable and maintain a positive attitude when faced with change.
- Good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation & influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work.
- Practical and creative approach to objection handling when problem-solving and mitigating risk.
- Ability to travel due to the company’s international footprint.
