We’re looking for a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across the UK, EU, and US. This is a hybrid role; you’ll work from home while also collaborating on-site at our Sheffield office 2/3 days per week. You’ll bring knowledge in IT service desk operations, Windows and Mac desktops, network infrastructure, telecoms, and Microsoft 365, supporting all areas of the business to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across the UK, EU, and US.
- Troubleshoot and support systems like Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and VoIP platforms.
- Take ownership and responsibility for managing IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure all tickets and queries that come into the team are accurately and securely processed, adhering to agreed SLA’s.
- Be responsible for actioning the new starters and leavers processes, including procurement responsibilities and asset logging.
- Manage infrastructure and application support for regional offices.
- Collaborate on cross-functional IT initiatives to align technology with business needs.
- Be part of a 24/7/365 on-call rota to support critical incident management in the Alarm Receiving Centre.
- Work closely with our IT Infrastructure Engineers.
- Support on key projects when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or similar roles with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Security tools.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Ability to attend site when required, including when on call.
Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential):
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Microsoft Azure or ITIL Foundation Certification.
