We're Hiring! As one of the UK's fastest-growing printers, Solopress is expanding again and looking for an experienced Customer Development Executive to join our friendly, hardworking team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering first-class service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm.

You'll handle calls, emails, and live chats, resolving queries, processing orders, and supporting customers in a polite and professional manner. You'll take pride in providing a best-in-class experience for every customer, whether new or returning.
