Based in our Customer Engagement department in Southend
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
We\’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for:
Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
Making outbound sales calls to grow relationships with existing clients
Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention
