The organisation is currently recruiting an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role prioritises the cultivation of strong professional relationships while effectively balancing immediate goals with long-term strategic vision.
Collaborating closely with the Leadership Team, the CEO is responsible for defining the company’s direction and implementing strategies that foster sustainable growth and support organisational objectives. Additionally, the position entails preparing for further expansion by identifying emerging opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and strategically positioning the organisation to capitalise on evolving markets and trends.
Purpose of the Role
To provide strategic, commercial, and cultural leadership for a growing Employee-Owned Trust management consultancy. The CEO will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, building strong client relationships, and developing a high-performance culture whilst ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the company’s vision, strategy and growth plans
- Identify opportunities to expand the consultancy’s services and market reach
- Maintain the company’s reputation for excellence in leadership and management development
- Sales and Business Development
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop the consultancy’s sales strategy and drive revenue growth
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and team
- Identify and secure new consulting opportunities
- Oversee client proposals, partnerships and long-term client engagements
- Client Delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of Consultancy to consistently provide consulting services of the highest quality
- Support consultancy work focused on Leadership Development, Management capability, Organisational effectiveness, Business growth and scaling
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Team Leadership and Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing and collaborative team
- Foster a culture of professional development, accountability, and learning
- Mentor consultants and support leadership development within the organisation
- Promote positive company values and strong organisational culture

Experience
- Significant leadership experience in consulting, professional services or business management
