Solo60 is the fastest-growing network of self-operated, on-demand wellness space. We are transforming units into a network of private gyms, therapy spaces, and treatment rooms, all bookable by members and professionals via our app from 60 minutes at a time. We are also embarking on building the largest wellness professional platform which includes software, marketplaces and more.
You’ll be responsible for engaging with our Community of members, professionals and creators on our platform to help enhance their experience and relationship with Solo60. You’ll also be in charge of telling our story by creating curated content, running events, managing partnerships and growing our ambassadors/influencer network.
This is a perfect role for somebody who would love to work in social media, grow their personal audience, and create content for a living to create something truly unique and work hands-on in an early stage start-up. We are a growing team, and you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing so it is crucial that you can work both independently and show entrepreneurial skills to deliver tangible results but also be part of a wider management team reporting ultimately to Shareholders and Board.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and onboard new key accounts to ensure a smooth start.
- Monitor customer lifecycle data, including Active, Inactive, Rising Stars, and Churn Candidates from our dashboard, and take action to improve engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute campaigns.
- Create content and messaging aligned with marketing strategies.
- Assist in the launch of new products through tailored communications and content creation.
- Collect feedback via custom surveys and customer interviews to inform product development and improvements.
- Elevate customer experience through key account management and one-on-one support.
- Organise and run events, both virtual and in-person, to foster community.
- Build and expand our influencer and ambassador network to increase brand visibility and advocacy.
Requirements:
- 1+ year working in Social Media as an influencer, ambassador, or community manager.
- Extremely confident and outgoing personality and love to help people.
- Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms and their algorithms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Hybrid working environment (about to get a London-based office).
