ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a fantastic Personal Assistant to join our friendly team and support a young lady with cerebral palsy, who lives at home with her family.

This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day. You will support her with all aspects of daily living, while helping her to enjoy life, build confidence, access activities and get the most out of her time with family and the wider community.

ABOUT YOU

Every day is different, and companionship is a really important part of this role. We are looking for someone who can build a genuine, trusting and supportive relationship with our client, as well as providing practical support. xgikmsk

Your role will include:

  • Supporting with all aspects of personal care
  • Supporting with all aspects of moving and handling
  • PEG feeding and PEG care
  • Administering medication
  • Supporting access to day centres, activities and the local community
  • Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
  • Supporting her to live life to the full
