I have complex health needs and require daily support from my family and my wonderful team of carers. I am a full-time wheelchair user and am reliant on my team for all transfers using the equipment provided. In addition to this I require support with all aspects of my daily living as well as support to access the community. I am looking for a caring individual to join my team of support workers who can provide support with my complex needs and access activities within the community alongside my existing support workers and family.
