ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young woman who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people, and spending time with my family and care team. I live with complex health needs and require daily support to help me live a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life.
You will be supporting me with all aspects of daily living, including personal care. I also require assistance with suctioning, repositioning, and the use of a hoist, as I am unable to weight bear. While experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs would be beneficial, full training will be provided.
ABOUT YOU
You will be confident and compassionate in supporting me with personal care and mobility needs. You should be comfortable assisting with PEG feeding and following care routines accurately.
