Position: Personal Assistant (Females Only)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a caring and supportive relationship with the client.
- Provide health care support including personal care, medication administration, nutrition and moving and handling, following instructions from senior team members.
- Be available to take part in the on-call rota when required.
- Provide social and emotional support within the home and assist the client to access the community and attend local activities.
About You / Qualifications:
- We are looking for an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring.
- You must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.
- Candidates with a driver’s license and access to personal transportation are preferred.
- No prior experience is necessary, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
- Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be female. This role is exempt from gender discrimination legislation.
- You will be required to work flexibly, and working hours may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Enthusiasm for taking part in various indoor and outdoor activities with the client is expected.
- This position involves working on an ad hoc basis to cover holidays and sickness as needed. Shifts may vary and can include daytime and evening hours.
Shift Details:
- Shift times: 07:45 - 18:00 or 12:00 – 22:15
