We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly Personal Assistant / Befriender to support an active and motivated 35-year-old man with learning disabilities in running his successful local lawn mowing and hedge trimming business. This isn't just a support role; it's a partnership. You will act as his driver, business wingman, and workplace cheerleader, helping him stay on track, thrive, and deliver excellent service to his customers.
A Typical Day Might Look Like:
8:30 am: Head to Tollerton to collect the business tools and vehicle (electric), pick up our client and head to the first gardening job of the day for a 9:00 am start.
On the Job:
Help load and unload gardening tools, talk with customers to interpret their needs, oversee time management, bookings and some paperwork.
