Paid shadowing, training sessions and online training. Access to the blue light card discount scheme. You will be required to support me with personal care, and moving and handling tasks. I use a non-invasive ventilator at night, and when I need it during the day, which you would be fully trained, and supported with. You will also be required to help with domestic tasks.
