We are recruiting compassionate carers to support two twin men aged 20 with complex disabilities in their family home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are twin young men with complex health needs who live at home with our dad and friendly dog. We are sociable, love music, laughter, and time outdoors, and use wheelchairs and specialist equipment for mobility. We are looking for caring, reliable support workers to join our 2-to-2 care role supporting young adults with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, chest management, epilepsy management, and personal care and daily living support. You'll be joining a supportive home care setup.
