ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young woman who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people, and spending time with my family and care team. I live with complex health needs and require daily support to help me live a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life. You will be supporting me with all aspects of daily living, including personal care. I also require assistance with suctioning, repositioning, and the use of a hoist, as I am unable to weight bear. While experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs would be beneficial, full training will be provided.
ABOUT YOU
You will be confident and compassionate in supporting me with personal care and mobility needs. You should be comfortable assisting with PEG feeding and following care routines accurately. As I enjoy getting out and exploring, it is essential that you share my love for the outdoors and enjoy walking. Due to my communication needs, you must be fluent in English. Applicants need to be female to support me with my personal care needs. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence as driving is essential to the role.
