We are looking for a caring individual to join our current support team, supporting a young lady with complex health needs who lives in her own home in Poynton. You will be expected to build a good working relationship with the client, her family, and her team of PAs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a caring and supportive relationship with the client.
- Provide health‑care support, including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, and moving and handling, following instructions from senior team members.
- Be available to take part in the on‑call rota when required.
- Provide social and emotional support within the home and help the client access the community and attend local activities.
- Drive the client’s wheelchair‑accessible vehicle (manual gears) if you hold a full clean driving licence and meet motor‑insurance requirements.
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and be reasonably fit to participate in indoor and outdoor physical activities, including swimming.

- No prior health or social‑care experience is required, as full training will be provided.
