I am looking for Personal Assistants to join my existing team to support me within my own home as well as out in the community. I am a charming, outgoing, active young gentleman living in my fully adapted flat with my carers, but I also spend time at home with my parents over the weekends. I have Cerebral Palsy and require 24-hour care. I need support with all tasks of daily living, such as personal care, food preparation, transfers via a hoist, social and emotional support. I would like a carer who would fit in my existing care team and who will support me to lead an independent and fulfilling life. I enjoy listening to music, bingo and going to meet my friends.
