Personal Assistant / Support worker Location: Southampton Hourly Pay: Day Rate β Β£14.00, Night Rate: Β£16.00 Hours: minimum 13.5 hours on Wednesdays, and flexibility for cover. I am bubbly man of 45 but very much young at heart, with a condition called Cerebral palsy. I require assistance with all daily living activities. I have a pet Parrot and need help to care for her. I am looking for a friendly, caring person to join my team of PAs. I am a big football fan and love the Saints. I also love food and eating out when I can. Id really like someone to join my team that can support me to see football matches and cook different cuisines. The role is a 13.5 hour shift on Wednesdays starting at 08.30am and finishing at 10.00pm. Flexibility to cover day and night shifts is also essential. The hourly day rate is Β£14.00phr and if you should cover a night shift, this will be paid at the rate of Β£16.00phr This is a home-based role with all training provided. 5.6 weeks holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions). Employees are also able to join the Company Pension scheme after 3 months service, subject to the rules of the scheme, as well as our Cash Back Health Plan after completion of a successful probation period.
