ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young lady with complex healthcare needs and I require 2:1 support at all times. I live at home with my family and have a fantastic team of Personal Assistants who support me to live life to the fullest. My conditions mean that I require support with all aspects of my daily living. My team supports me with daily living, personal care, medication, and helping me access the activities I enjoy most. I enjoy getting out into the community, whether that’s shopping trips, coffee shops, parks, or fun days out like the Zoo, Museum Trips and also Disneyland!
ABOUT YOU
I’m looking for caring, positive, and reliable Personal Assistants to join my team. You must be able to understand my medical problems whilst also providing emotional support. You should be patient, flexible, professional, and have a great sense of humour. Teamwork is essential, as is respecting my independence and home. Experience is advantageous but not compulsory as all training will be provided. Suitable candidates will also need to hold a clean driving license and be able to drive my Motability car.
The hourly rate for weekday day shifts is £13.09, weekend day shifts are paid at £17.02 per hour and sleep night hours will be paid at £12.71 per hour.
HOURS REQUIRED
Hours to be discussed at interview stage, there are both permanent and bank roles available.
