- On the Job: Help load and unload gardening tools, talk with customers to interpret their needs, oversee time management, bookings and some paperwork, promote new client opportunities.
- Supervision & Support: Provide friendly, positive supervision. Our client thrives on praise and loves positive reinforcement for a job well done!
The Vibe: Enjoying great conversations about films, sci-fi, and pop culture while working hard in the great British weather.

- An outgoing, chatty, and encouraging personality - someone who genuinely enjoys building rapport.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to handle customer interactions and basic business paperwork.
- A love for the outdoors (an interest in gardening, swimming, or skiing is a massive bonus!).
