Care Support Worker Wanted
Join our Team
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a young man with autism and epilepsy living in his own home and enjoying life with the right support. We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our existing team. Together, you'll help him live as independently and fully as possible, whether that's at home or out in the community. This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll make a real difference every day by helping him live a fulfilling, enjoyable, and safe life. He needs support with day-to-day living, including personal care, preparing meals, and emotional support. He has a great sense of fun and loves spending time doing arts and crafts and listening to music, so if you share his interests (or are happy to join in!), that's a big plus. Taking him out and about for a walk or a trip in the car on a regular basis are important. We are looking for someone who can be consistent, reliable, and confident in following established care plans and boundaries.
Care and support are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which includes evenings, weekends and sleeping nights. This role would suit someone who can bring enthusiasm, positivity, and creativity to his day. If you're someone who can balance kindness and fun with professionalism, and you're passionate about helping others live their best life, we'd love to hear from you.
