Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • To develop and maintain a caring and supportive relationship with our client.
  • To provide health care support including personal care, medication administration, nutrition and moving and handling, always following instruction from senior team members.
  • To be available to take part in the on-call rota when required.
  • You will also provide social and emotional support within the home and support the client to access the community and attend local activities.

About you:

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring. You must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative. Experience in Health and Social care is not necessary as full training will be provided.
