I am a young lady with complex health care needs, and I require 2:1 support at all times. I live in my home with my family, and I have a great team of Personal Assistants who support me and know my needs. My conditions mean that I require support with all aspects of my daily living and suitable candidates will need to be able to support me with various tasks throughout the day, these include but are not limited to personal care, physio, administering of medication, and nebulizer. I enjoy going out and my preference is that I go out every day to access the community. I usually go in my Motability car where one Personal Assistant would drive and the other would ensure I am safe throughout the journey. I like to go to various places from shopping centres, parks to coffee shops and more entertaining venues such as Disneyland.

The ideal candidate will ideally live locally to me, be flexible, patient, have a good sense of humour, and a genuine caring nature.
