Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning supervisor to join our team at WMP Telford, Malinsgate, TF3 4HW. We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team. We will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.
Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours a week. Start time: 05:00 – 09:00. The starting role will be 4 hours per day and after a trial period this will increase to 7 hours per day as the supervision role is added. £12.21 per hour. Successful applicant will be required to undertake Police Vetting for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning cells.
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
- Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
- Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
- Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
