Hours: Full time, permanent; 45 hours per week, 9 hours daily between 07:00‑19:00; may work outside these hours. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of front‑of‑house functions and compliance activities in a large office building.
- Cover the reception desk, interact with visitors and tenants.
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain and operate IT systems, including specialist software for access control, CCTV and BMS, and the full suite of Microsoft Office.
- Travel to other buildings (e.g., Lichfield) weekly for compliance tasks, using own vehicle and driving licence.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and may be required to work outside of normal hours in line with business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with IT systems, specialist office software, access control, CCTV, BMS, Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving licence and access to a private vehicle for site visits.
- Reliable, diligent, with drive and commitment to support team success.
