Cleaner Supervisor

Solo Service Group is recruiting a cleaning supervisor for WMP Telford, Malinsgate, TF3 4HW. The successful candidate will carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning cells. A driving licence would be an advantage, or the candidate should live locally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously.
• Support the team and demonstrate a positive attitude.

• Cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided if necessary.

We need someone who is committed to supporting others and has a passion for cleaning with a positive attitude.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM. The starting role is 4 hours per day (20 hours a week). After a trial period, the schedule will increase to 7 hours per day as the supervision role is added. Pay is £12.21 per hour.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake Police vetting for this role.
