Our client is seeking a highly capable Implementation Lead to deliver customer software installations and onboarding programmes within a HealthTech Start‐Up transitioning into Scale‐Up mode. This role is specifically suited to someone who has grown within a HealthTech start-up, is used to operating without heavy structure, and is comfortable building, adapting and improving processes as the company scales.
You will lead implementations from discovery through go‐live, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful, high‐quality deployments. This is a hands‐on role in a fast‐paced, mission‐driven environment, where the work directly contributes to better healthcare outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience in software implementation, technical delivery or project delivery
- Proven experience delivering software installations within HealthTech start‐ups
- Experience supporting organisations moving from Start‐Up into Scale‐Up, where processes are evolving rather than fixed
- Comfortable working in non‐structured, ambiguous environments with changing priorities
- Able to operate confidently in a high‐velocity, fast‐paced setting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- A critical thinker with strong problem‐solving capabilities and sound judgement
- Highly motivated, proactive and resilient
Role and Responsibilities
As the Implementation Lead, you will:
- Own the end‐to‐end implementation lifecycle for new customers
- Scope, plan and deliver software installations and onboarding programmes
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to unblock issues quickly
- Oversee configuration, data migration and validation activities
- Ensure data quality, integrity and clinical safety throughout implementations
- Communicate clearly with customers in complex and evolving situations
- Identify risks early and adapt plans pragmatically as circumstances change
- Contribute to building and continuously improving implementation processes and playbooks
- Act as a trusted partner to customers through change and adoption
