Position: IT Recruitment Consultant

Suitable for: 360 IT Recruiter / IT Recruitment Consultant with experience of generating new clients. Ideally, you would need experience / knowledge in a wide range of IT disciplines OR strong experience within a niche.

Location: East Keswick LS17 (commutable to/from Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate). Onsite car parking and there is a direct bus route to/from Leeds/Wetherby.

Essential Experience / Attributes Required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant or IT Recruiter
  • Skills: Excellent communication, client and candidate relationship building, computer skills (ie LinkedIn), negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within IT Recruitment, Health Tech or the IT sales sector is highly desirable
  • Ideally you will have a UK driver’s license with access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach. Attending client meetings and networking events. Developing sales strategies.
  • Delivery: Sourcing and qualifying candidates against client job description / brief.
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Marketing: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s recruitment services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure business deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
