About the Role
Our client is looking for a mid-level Project Manager – Software Implementation to deliver complex healthcare software implementations and large-scale system migrations. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who has already led multiple software implementations and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end customer delivery within a growing HealthTech environment. You will be responsible for managing implementations from discovery through to go-live, working closely with product, engineering, data and clinical teams to ensure safe, high quality deployments. This role would suit a Project Manager, Implementation Lead or Software Implementation Specialist with solid, mid-level experience delivering enterprise software, ideally within healthcare or another regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, from initiation through go-live and handover
- Define project scope, delivery plans and system configuration requirements
- Deliver structured onboarding, implementation and training programmes
- Plan and oversee complex data migrations, including validation and reconciliation
- Ensure data quality, integrity and clinical safety throughout delivery
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and alignment
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Support and mentor implementation and product specialists as required
- Contribute to continuous improvements of the Implementation Playbook and delivery processes
Skills and Experience
- Around 5 years’ experience in software implementation, project management or technical delivery roles
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementations and supporting large-scale data migrations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a high attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced or scaling technology environments
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within NHS, primary care or digital healthcare environments
- Familiarity with clinical safety processes and healthcare data standards
