A simple idea with a surprisingly large opportunity. Millions of people spend most of their lives indoors. Working from home. Commuting in the dark. Living under artificial light. Yet vitamin D deficiency remains one of the most common nutritional issues in the UK. We've built a premium supplement brand designed specifically for modern indoor living. The product exists. The customers exist. The investors exist. Now I'm looking for the right person to help build the company. Not an employee. A co-founder.

Who I'm Looking For

An entrepreneur. Someone who sees opportunities everywhere. Someone who gets excited about building things from nothing. Someone who would rather own 10% of something meaningful than earn a salary working on somebody else's dream. You don't need to be a supplement expert. You don't need to have started a company before. But you do need to be the type of person who naturally takes ownership. Someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly. One day you might be planning a growth strategy. The next you're filming content, speaking to creators, launching campaigns, testing landing pages or analysing performance. This isn't a role. It's a chance to help build a business.

What You'll Bring

  • Growth marketing
  • Brand building
  • Content creation
  • Community building
  • Partnerships
  • Social media
  • Commercial thinking

Most importantly, you're a doer.

The Reality

There is no salary. Not today. This is for someone who already has an income and wants to build something alongside it. Initially, expect to commit around 5-15 hours per week. In return, you'll receive meaningful equity ownership and the opportunity to help create something genuinely valuable. If we get this right, it becomes a business. A salary. Potentially an exit. But nobody is joining for that today. They're joining because building things is fun.

Why Solmate?

Because modern life has fundamentally changed how people live. We spend more time indoors than any generation before us. The problem is real. The market is huge. And we're only just getting started. If that sounds interesting, send us a message - no CV required. Tell me what you've built, what you're proud of, and why this caught your attention.
