- Support presales activities by preparing expert content for proposals, presentations and case studies.
- Engage with delivery teams in agile projects, ensuring alignment with pricing best practices and high-quality solution design.
- Develop internal methodologies, frameworks and accelerators that strengthen Sollers’ pricing capabilities.
- Mentor consultants, support knowledge sharing and foster a strong pricing community within the organisation.
- Collaborate with other internal competences (Data, Cloud, Underwriting, AI, Process Automation) to build integrated pricing and analytics solutions.
- Evaluate potential ecosystem partners and contribute to decisions regarding technology alliances.
About the requirements. You need:
- Proven experience consulting or delivering pricing/actuarial solutions for insurance companies.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and pricing methodologies across personal, commercial or specialty lines.
- Hands-on experience with modern pricing platforms or tariff development (Earnix, Radar, Hyperexponential, Quantee or similar) — strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of actuarial methods, rating concepts, statistical techniques, modelling or pricing governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex pricing concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working with clients in transformation or implementation projects.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical mindset and a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional agile teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 level or higher).
About the wishes. Nice to haves:
- Experience supporting sales teams or participating in presales as an SME (content creation, need assessment, solution).
- Experience building or leading pricing/actuarial teams.
- Familiarity with leading pricing engines and decisioning platforms.
- Existing network within actuarial, pricing or underwriting communities.
- Fluency in any other language, preferably French or German.
