Following consistent and continued sales growth in markets across Europe, Solis are now looking for a dynamic, Warehouse support and operations specialist to provide support for our customers in United Kingdom.

This is anoffice-based role in the United Kingdom at our Liverpool location.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of warehouse operatives.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to develop team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of solar inverters, accessories, and spare parts.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transport providers.
- Manage workload priorities to meet customer and business requirements.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruption.
