This is a high-impact Product Manager role with full ownership of a core product domain. You will lead the development of a self-serve platform used by SMEs to sign up, connect their advertising accounts, and manage their activity independently. The focus is on building a product that converts, retains, and scales. The role is end-to-end, covering onboarding, activation, subscription lifecycle, and ongoing product optimisation. You will be responsible for driving key metrics including trial-to-paid conversion, MRR growth, and churn reduction. This is well suited to a Product Owner stepping up, or a Product Manager looking for more autonomy and accountability. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to drive product-market fit, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own a core product area and drive its evolution end to end
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned to growth, revenue, and user outcomes
- Optimise onboarding, activation and conversion journeys across the platform
- Take ownership of subscription lifecycle, including billing, upgrades, and retention flows
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform prioritisation
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align product with customer needs
- Improve lifecycle engagement including in-product messaging and email journeys
About You - What we're looking for in a Product Manager
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital product environment
- Exposure to payments or billing systems, ideally including Stripe
- Background in B2B SaaS, AdTech or MarTech
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Comfortable owning a product area and making decisions independently
- Strong understanding of onboarding, activation and conversion journeys
- Data-driven with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
