About the Role

As Head of Product - Data, AI & Emerging Tech, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-powered and data-driven capabilities across the product portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully delivered AI products into production and understands how to turn emerging technologies into meaningful customer outcomes. You'll work closely with engineering, data, AI and commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas and bring innovative solutions to market.

The role combines deep product thinking with a strong appreciation for data, analytics and customer needs. You'll help shape where the business invests in AI, ensuring that new capabilities deliver measurable value, improve decision-making and create a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap and vision for AI-powered and data-led capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead the development and commercialisation of AI-powered products, features and workflows.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science and design teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs through research, analytics, feedback and direct engagement.
  • Translate complex data, market intelligence and user requirements into compelling product experiences.
  • Drive product discovery, experimentation and validation to ensure investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to maximise product adoption, customer engagement and growth.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to identify future product opportunities.
  • Champion a product-led culture focused on innovation, experimentation and measurable impact.

About You

  • Proven experience building and scaling successful B2B SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience launching and commercialising AI-powered products, features or workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data-led products, analytics platforms or information-rich environments.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
  • Strong customer discovery and product research skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution and delivery.
  • Confident managing ambiguity and making decisions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
