Our Search, Meta and Affiliate products protect enterprise advertisers from invalid traffic, and our self-serve plans bring the same protection to smaller Google Ads accounts. We are headquartered in Perth with an office in New York, and our product and engineering team runs an AI-native way of working in which product managers direct AI agents and skills across the delivery lifecycle.
Position overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product as the customer experiences it. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and holds one of two product seats. The Commercial PM decides what each channel shows, sells and gets adopted; a Technical PM makes it true through integrations and data. For every channel, that rule is the same.
You will own the customer view of reports and explainability, the reporting API and MCP (AI-agent access to customer data), the Portal experience, the self-serve SME product, packaging and pricing, new offers, and the partner and white-label channel. You drive conversion across enterprise and self-serve, and you hand product-qualified self-serve accounts to Sales.
A dedicated Portal Product Owner designs, prototypes and ships the Portal day to day, so you set the demand and own the outcome rather than the pixels. Your North Star is net new MRR and ARR growth, with gross retention of the self-serve base as the guardrail.
Reporting structure
Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Location: Remote, UK or Europe.
Employment: Full-time employee (UK) or contractor via your own entity (outside the UK).
Key responsibilities
- Per-channel product experience: Own the \"what to show\" spec for Search, Meta, Affiliate and every new channel we launch, specifying what customers see and get and what the Technical PM must make available
- Reports & explainability: Own the dashboards, widgets, narratives and value emails customers use to see what TrafficGuard delivers, and the adoption of each
- Reporting API & MCP: Own the customer data-access product end to end: contract, endpoints, documentation, AI-agent tools and adoption
- Portal demand roadmap: Set the Portal roadmap, including the white-label version, with the Portal Product Owner, and own the revenue it enables
- Self-serve growth: Own the SME product from sign-up and activation through trial-to-paid conversion, billing
