\We're looking for a Content Designer to join our multidisciplinary team designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.
\You'll be a great listener and communicator with a creative, structured and logical approach towards understanding problems and designing inclusive, human-centred experiences.
\You're experienced at designing content that meets user needs and makes complex concepts, processes and language easy to understand and use.
\n You're able to work collaboratively with user-centred design colleagues and stakeholders through the agile service design phases from discovery to live.
You're able to participate in user research activities and use both qualitative and quantitative research evidence to inform the design of content and user journeys.
You contribute to prototype development and take part in user testing to improve content interactions.
You're experienced at working with and guiding senior stakeholders to produce user-centred content and can influence decision-making with a strong evidence base of user needs.
You ensure content meets statutory or legal requirements, while remaining accessible and usable to the broadest audiences.
You're able to support and coach teams and stakeholders in the use of user-centred design and agile methodologies.
