Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, delivers technical consultancy and application delivery to our clients in order to solve real world problems and allow our clients to respond to an ever-changing technical landscape. The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Solirius.
Requirements
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages
- Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills
- Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in in-house recruitment (preferable)
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices
