Overview Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, delivers technical consultancy, application delivery and service management/support to our clients in order to solve real world problems and allow our clients to respond to an ever-changing technical landscape. The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Consultant with a background in public sector or consulting services to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft’s Power Platform; Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, to design and deliver scalable solutions for government and public-facing organisations.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse).
Collaborate with public sector clients to understand business requirements, regulatory needs, and user journeys.
Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
Configure connectors, build automation flows, and integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and legacy systems.
Build custom Canvas and Model-Driven apps to support various public sector functions (e.g., case management, inspections, citizen services).
Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to drive insights and data-driven decision-making.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants or developers.
Support clients through UAT, deployment, training, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Document architecture, workflows, security roles, and governance models.
Ensure all solutions meet accessibility, security, and compliance standards typical in public sector projects.
Key Skills & Experience Hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong understanding of business analysis, digital transformation and agile methodologies.
Experience in data analytics to help create insights and drive business decisions
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or Azure services.
Familiarity with data security, GDPR, and accessibility standards relevant to public sector applications.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Desirable Skills Experience with legacy-to-cloud migration in public sector settings.
Familiarity with project delivery frameworks such as GDS (UK), PRINCE2, or ITIL.
Application Lifecycle Management, using Azure DevOps or similar
2. Version control tools like Github, Bitbucket or similar
Strong understanding of low-code governance and industry best practice and application
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600)
